CONSENT

I understand that massage should not be construed as a substitute for a medical examination or treatment and that I should see a physician, chiropractor or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment I am aware of. I affirm that I have stated all my known medical conditions, and answered all questions honestly and to the best of my capabilities. I agree to keep the practitioner updated as to any changes in my medical profile, and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner's part should I forget to do so. It is also understood that any suggestive remarks or advances made by me will result in immediate termination of the session and I will be liable for payment for the "full" scheduled appointment.

• 10 am to 8 pm/ 7 days a week

My downtown Studio or Hotels in the Downtown or Old Montreal area. * do not visit private residences.

 

PAYMENT

I accept cash payments only. Payment is due at the time of service.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel your booked appointment, please call 514-581-3531 at least 24 hrs before your scheduled session time. If you cancel with less then 24 hrs notice or simply no show, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked session's value will apply. Thank you.

 

LATENESS POLICY

As a courtesy to all clients, please be prompt for your appointment. I do allow a 5 minute grace period but anything beyond 5 minutes will be taken off the remainder of your session time. Thank you.

 

THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE

My services are strictly therapeutic in nature. Any suggestive comments or sexual advances will result in the immediate termination of your session and full payment will be required.

 

MASSAGE DURATION POLICY

A 60 minute massage time includes dressing and undressing but it does not include travel time, setting up the table, or putting away the table. The actual hands on time will be approximately 55 minutes.

**Please make sure that you have a room cleared for the table before I arrive.

 

PARKING POLICY

If there are any parking charges (usually at a hotel or office), then that amount will be added to the client's bill.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE

I reserve the right to refuse potential clients for any reason.

 

LASTLY...

Please turn all phone ringers off, put your pets in a separate room, and let others know that you are receiving a massage in order to avoid interruptions. Most of all, relax and enjoy!
